Barbara's intuitiveness, ability to communicate and support with physicians is a source of strength for Mercury Healthcare.  Her sweet personality serves her well to byild long term relationships and her ability to reach out to others provides success. Her work at Mercury requires a keen understanding of the combination of medical, dental and alternative healing with pleasure travel. Woking with a globally diverse clientele has been a passion that she acquired from working at AT&T.  Barbara has been a consumer advocate for over 20 years; her practical experience in servicing customer needs in a variety of roles has been her passion. Her interest in the personal aspect of business contacts has been well documented and follows her into new ventures. Originally with AT&T, then ITT she focused on large national accounts in customer relations, assisting with changes, upgrades and employee education programs. Her later work in the computer industry offered her an opportunity to work with individuals from other countries.  She has enjoyed visiting provider facilites and conducting detailed inspections of the hospital, its technology, medical staff records, compliance and discussing strategic goals for ongoing business development.

Ms. Baker currently resides in Corpus Christi, Texas, USA with a vacation home in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico. She and her husband of 29 years have lived in many cities in the United States. Her civic interests include being a Board Member for Habitat for Humanity, a long-standing Public Television volunteer and assisting elderly neighbors in her community.
